Today’s photo was emailed in by Nancy Preston. She explains:
“The only way to keep local and home grown sustainably. Bottled with a pressure cooker on a log stove top is pennies for the power (soon to be solar) and no electricity to keep frozen. The Oranges are from my backyard, as are the aubergines, passion fruit and butternut pumpkin.”
