1. Describe yourself in 3 words?
Passionate, strong and loving.
2. What are you doing at the present?
I am currently working with Natalie at 1 Million Women to help her with fundraising and the 1 Million Women 3 year plan.

3. What inspires you?
Many ideas, places, people and creations inspire me but just some I can think of now are the temperate rainforests in Tasmania, anyone who is living their life authentically, the natural world is so inspiring to me.
4. Is there an experience or time that has truly changed the way you live?
Yes, definitely. When I took my 12 year old twin daughters to live in Bali and attend the Green School for 6 months I realized that you don’t need much stuff in life to be truly happy in fact the less we have the happier us humans seem to be.

5. Do you have a message or a tip for the 1 Million Women community about how to live by the principle that ‘less equals more?
Buying quality over quantity and thinking ‘do I really need this’ before you buy anything hence saving money and waste. Also clearing away all the clutter or stuff that is not essential will guarantee a feeling of space and clarity in our lives. Giving this stuff directly to others or recycling them in some way will also contribute to that increased feeling of wellbeing because more STUFF = more STRESS!!
